Smoky Justice Cigar Lounge

This handbook contains the policies governing membership, locker privileges, and bottle storage.
Welcome
Thank you for becoming a member of Smoky Justice. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, respectful, and premium cigar lounge experience.
Member Expectations
- •Treat members, guests, and staff with respect.
- •Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
- •Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Locker Policy
- •Lockers are for cigars, cigar accessories, cutters, lighters, humidification products, and approved personal items.
- •Prohibited items include illegal substances, hazardous materials, perishable food, and unsafe items.
- •Smoky Justice reserves the right to inspect lockers only for safety, legal, maintenance, or security reasons.
Locker Keys & Access
- •Locker keys are the member’s responsibility.
- •Lost keys may incur a replacement or rekey fee.
- •Do not duplicate or share locker keys.
Membership Responsibilities
- •Membership dues must remain current.
- •Delinquent accounts may result in suspension of locker access and membership benefits.
Membership Credits & Discounts
- •Your annual membership credit is divided equally into 12 monthly credits.
- •Your monthly credit is the maximum available each month — no more, no less.
- •Unused credits do not roll over (use it or lose it).
- •Credits may be used on cigars, cigar accessories, and eligible comped drinks.
- •Credits have no cash value and cannot be applied toward dues.
- •Only one discount applies per transaction. Discounts and promotions cannot be stacked.
Lounge Etiquette
- •Clean up after yourself.
- •Use ashtrays responsibly.
- •Help maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
Guests
- •Guest privileges are based on your membership level.
- •Members are responsible for their guests.
Restricted Areas
- •Members and guests are never permitted behind the bar.
- •Employee-only areas include the kitchen/prep area, storage rooms, employee breakroom, mechanical/utility rooms, and any area marked Employees Only.
Personal Alcohol & Bottle Storage Policy
- •Only TABC-labeled bottles purchased from Smoky Justice may be stored in member lockers.
- •All pours must be made by a Smoky Justice employee.
- •These procedures help Smoky Justice comply with applicable TABC requirements and lounge operating policies.
- •Personal TABC-labeled bottles (purchased from Smoky Justice) may only be consumed in designated Members Only rooms and private member spaces.
- •Personal TABC-labeled bottles (purchased from Smoky Justice) may not be consumed on the public lounge floor, patio, or bar area except when served by a Smoky Justice employee in accordance with lounge policies.
- •Personal TABC-labeled bottles (purchased from Smoky Justice) may not be shared, sold, or served to other members or guests except as permitted by lounge policies and applicable law.
- •Bottles remain the property of the member but must remain on Smoky Justice premises and may not be removed and returned for refilling or replacement.
- •Members are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and lounge policies.
Cigars
- •Outside cigars may be subject to a cutting fee unless included with your membership.
Food & Beverage
- •Outside alcohol is prohibited except as provided in the Personal Alcohol & Bottle Storage Policy.
Children & Service Animals
- •Children are not permitted except during approved private events.
- •Service animals are welcome as required by law.
Security
- •Video surveillance is in use throughout the facility.
Membership Suspension & Termination
- •Memberships may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, theft, illegal activity, property damage, repeated policy violations, or conduct detrimental to the lounge.
